Paul Ilic is a CNAREA Designated Appraiser (DAR) and the principal of Galt Appraisals in Cambridge, Ontario. An active residential appraiser since 2022, Paul completes lending, private, and legal assignments across Waterloo Region and Southwestern Ontario for banks, credit unions, mortgage brokers, lawyers, and homeowners.
His appraisal practice is backed by broad experience in the real estate industry — Paul is also Co-Founder and Broker of Record of Global Platinum Realty — giving him a working view of transactions, financing, and buyer behaviour that informs every report.
Raised in St. Thomas and based in the region today, Paul grew up in the construction industry — in a family building company founded in 1970 — and brings a builder's understanding of quality, condition, and cost to every inspection. He knows these markets first-hand, from century homes in Galt to rural properties and new construction in the surrounding townships.
